Services
UClaim Solutions LLC provides AI integrations, CRM setup, website design, business automation, and related digital services to service-based businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work provided to the client before work begins.
Project Agreements and Payments
All projects begin with a written agreement outlining scope, timeline, and cost. Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. UClaim Solutions reserves the right to pause or discontinue work on any project if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom deliverables created for their project, including websites, automations, and code. UClaim Solutions retains the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-client-specific tools and processes developed during projects. UClaim Solutions may reference your business as a client in case studies or portfolio materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any assets (logos, photos, content) needed to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline. UClaim Solutions is not responsible for project delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary materials or approvals.
Third-Party Services
Some services may require the use of third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, Google services, or others). Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts with these services and paying any applicable subscription fees. UClaim Solutions is not responsible for downtime, changes, or pricing changes by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
UClaim Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service at issue.
No Guarantee of Results
UClaim Solutions builds and deploys systems designed to improve lead generation, automation, and business efficiency. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead volumes. Results depend on many factors including market conditions, how the client uses the systems, and other variables outside our control.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. UClaim Solutions will not share your business information, strategies, or data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the services (e.g., connecting your account to a platform you've authorized).
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. If a client terminates a project, they are responsible for payment of all work completed to date. UClaim Solutions reserves the right to terminate services for clients who violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to make agreed payments.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
Changes to Terms
UClaim Solutions may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
