Web Design & Development in The Woodlands, Texas

UClaim Solutions is based in The Woodlands. Our in-house engineers design, build, redesign, host and maintain business websites for companies across The Woodlands and Greater Houston, and connect them to the booking, CRM and follow-up tools the business already uses.

A website that does a job for the business

Most service businesses do not need a website that only looks new. They need one that explains what they do in plain words, works on a phone, shows up when local customers search, and sends every inquiry to someone who will answer it.

That is the work we take on. The same engineering team that builds UClaim's workflow automation and CRM integrations builds the website, so the contact form, booking link and follow-up can be planned together instead of bolted on later.

Website services

New business websites

Design and build of a complete site: service pages, about and contact pages, mobile layout, contact forms and booking links, written around the work you actually want more of.

Website redesign

A clearer structure, updated design and rewritten pages for a site that no longer reflects the business, with redirects so existing links keep working.

Custom web development

Customer portals, quote or intake tools, dashboards and other web apps when a standard site builder cannot do what the business needs.

Forms, booking and CRM connections

Inquiries routed to the right inbox, calendar or CRM so a new lead is not left sitting in a form notification nobody reads.

Website hosting setup

Managed hosting, domain and DNS connection, HTTPS, and a documented record of which accounts the business owns.

Website maintenance

Content and page updates, form and booking checks, software updates and small improvements after launch, under a written scope.

Redesign, rebuild, or leave it alone?

A new website is not always the right answer. We look at what you have before recommending anything. A review usually lands on one of three answers:

Keep and improve

The site loads quickly, you can edit it, and visitors find what they need, but a few pages are thin, outdated or missing a clear next step.

Redesign

The structure still makes sense, but the look, mobile layout, or page content no longer matches the business you run today.

Rebuild or move

The site is locked inside a builder you cannot leave, breaks on phones, cannot connect to your booking or CRM, or nobody knows who controls the domain and hosting.

When a redesign changes page addresses, we set up permanent redirects from the old addresses so existing links and search listings still lead somewhere useful.

Website hosting and maintenance

Hosting is where the website lives. Maintenance is the ongoing work of keeping it accurate, working and secure. A cheap hosting plan gives you server space; it does not update your services page, notice that a form stopped sending, or renew a domain before it lapses.

For websites we build, we set up hosting on a managed platform (this website runs on Vercel), connect your domain and HTTPS, and keep the site's code in version control so changes can be reviewed and reversed. Maintenance can cover content and page updates, form and booking checks, software updates and small improvements. What is included, and what it costs, is written into your agreement before any work starts.

Built so Google and AI assistants can read it

Every page we publish carries its own title, description and main heading in the HTML a search engine first receives, along with an XML sitemap, clean permanent redirects and accurate structured data about the business. We connect Google Search Console so you can see which searches show your site.

These are the same practices used on this website. They make a site easier to crawl and understand; they do not guarantee a ranking, and we will not promise one. Search visibility also depends on your Google Business Profile, genuine customer reviews and the quality of your content over time.

Work you can open and use

UClaim designed and built the website for Air Zone Plus LLC, an HVAC company in the Houston area, and also built the AI phone assistant and reminder workflows described in the Air Zone Plus case study. Our engineers have also published 13 interactive web app demos you can try in your browser. They use fictional data; client builds stay private.

How a website project works

  1. 1Strategy sessionTell us what the website needs to do: which customers it should reach, which services matter most, and what should happen after someone fills out a form or books a call.
  2. 2Game-plan reviewWithin 24 hours after the session, we meet again to review the proposed pages, features, hosting approach and numbers before you decide anything.
  3. 3Design and buildIf you proceed, a Tech Supervisor leads kickoff and UClaim's in-house engineers design and build the agreed pages. You review the work before launch.
  4. 4Launch, training and careWe connect the domain, check forms and links on phones and desktops, and show your team how updates work. Ongoing hosting and maintenance are agreed in writing.

More detail on each step is on our process page.

Website design questions

How much does a business website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, whether we write the content, custom features such as booking, portals or CRM connections, and whether hosting and maintenance are included. We do not quote a fixed package price on this page. After the strategy session, the game-plan review covers the proposed scope and the numbers before you decide.
How long does a website project take?
Timing depends on the agreed pages and features, how quickly content and approvals come in, and any integrations. A simple site and a site with a customer portal are very different projects, so the timeline is set in the game-plan review rather than promised up front.
Will I own my website, domain and hosting account?
Ownership of the domain, hosting account, website files and content is written into the project agreement before work starts. We recommend that the domain and key accounts are held in your business's name, with access documented for your team.
Can you redesign or take over a website someone else built?
We review it first. Some sites are best improved where they are, some are better redesigned, and some are better rebuilt or moved off a site builder. We explain which and why before any work is agreed.
Do you host and maintain websites?
Yes. For sites we build, we set up managed hosting, connect the domain and HTTPS, and can maintain the site afterwards. What maintenance covers is defined in writing.
Will a new website get my business to the top of Google?
No one can honestly promise that. We build pages that search engines can crawl and understand, set up Google Search Console, and write content around real customer questions. Rankings also depend on competition, your Google Business Profile, reviews and time.
Do you work with businesses outside The Woodlands?
Yes. UClaim is based in The Woodlands and works with businesses across Greater Houston, including Spring, Conroe, Tomball and Houston. Service is available in English and Spanish.
